Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. ALL SALES FINAL due to Market Volatility Signal Oaks specializes in .999 fine silver collectibles. Due to the fluctuating nature of the precious metals market (Silver Spot Price), all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked in. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds based on silver market price changes, "market loss," or buyer's remorse.
2. MADE-TO-ORDER & CANCELLATIONS Every item is cast specifically for your order.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 2 Hours: Once the casting process has begun (wax printing, investing, or pouring), cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of lost materials and labor.

After Shipping: Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
3. HANDCRAFTED QUALITY DISCLAIMER Our silver statues are hand-cast using the traditional lost-wax method. This is an artisan process, not mass manufacturing.

Inherent Characteristics: Minor surface variations, flow lines, cooling ripples, or microscopic casting artifacts are inherent to this process and are not considered defects. These characteristics verify that your piece is a unique, hand-finished work of art.

Weight Guarantee: We guarantee the silver weight of your piece to be within 0.1 troy ounces of the stated product weight.
4. DAMAGES & EXCEPTIONS We stand by our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit (e.g., crushed packaging) or if you receive the incorrect item:

You must contact us at sam@signaloaks.com within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos of the packaging and the item.

Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or store credit.
5. LOST PACKAGES & DELIVERY

Signature Requirement: For your protection, all orders valued over $200 will require a direct signature upon delivery.

Liability: Signal Oaks is not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location.

Refused Shipments: Any packages refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
